Generating aggro fast to build aggro is the key to burning down mobs. Here is a sequence you can use when MT.

1) Bloodrage (gets you your initial rage)
2) Shield Slam (highest TPS/rage)
3) Revenge(2nd highest tps/rage)/heroic strike(heroic strike is on a seperate CD from Shield Slam, Revenge, devestate)
4) Devestate/heroic strike(heroic strike is on a seperate CD from Shield Slam, Revenge, devestate)
5) Repeat 2-4
6) Shield block is on a seperate CD from the rest of your abilities so you can keep it up the majority of the time.

An off tank can use:

1) Shield slam
2) Devestate x3(3=cool down of Shield slam)
3) repeat 1-2
3) Shield block (only when in front of the mob where you will take some hits)

Some stuff to keep in mind:

1) Shield Slam is the highest TPS abilty we have so use it EVERYTIME it is up
2) Devastate will now apply a sunder(no need to sunder anymore) and it also recieves the reduction in rage for points you have in imp sunder. You can devestate 3 times before the CD is up on S.S.
3) Herioc strike is on a seperate cool down from the rest of our abilties so if you have the rage use it alnog with another ability I.E. (Shield slam, devastate, revenge)
4) Shield block has its own global cool down so again use it, it is your friend.
